The Indianapolis Colts have already lost a lot of players and they may be losing some more.
Wide receiver Pierre Garcon is a free agent and he’s already turned down a contract offer from his former team, the Indianapolis Colts. According to Yahoo Sports’ Jason Cole, Garcon is currently talking with the Washington Redskins about a contract.
Garcon is an interesting receiver because he’s shown a ton of promise at times, but he also lacks consistency. He often drops easy passes. Nevertheless, he was able to catch 70 passes for 947 yards and six touchdowns in a season without Peyton Manning throwing him the ball.
UPDATE: Garcon announces on his Facebook page that he’s signed with the Redskins.
I wanted you all to hear it from me 1st before u saw it on the news… I will be signing with the Washington Redskins and I’m very excited about the opportunity in front of me.
I want to thank all Colts fans from the bottom of my heart for all the love and support you’ve shown me the past 4 years and I hope that at some level u will still follow my career, as I will continue to share my life with you on here
