Browns CB Joe Haden facing possible drug suspension

Haden had 65 tackles for Cleveland in 2011.

Joe Haden is one of the NFL’s top CBs, but the talented Cleveland Browns cornerback may be suspended for drug related issues, according to ESPN Cleveland.

Citing multiple sources, ESPN Cleveland says that the NFL is currently reviewing a failed drug test by the third-year player. This failed drug test could result in a four game suspension, without pay, for Haden.

One source told ESPN Cleveland that Haden tested positive for Adderall. Adderall is on the list on the NFL’s list of banned substances. It is listed as a stimulant.

If Haden does get suspended he will be ineligible to make the Pro Bowl this season due to NFL rules.
